Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made with adequate notice allow us to offer your slot to another patient.

2. Online bookings

For appointments booked and paid for online, refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided:

  • Cancellations notified more than 24 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations notified within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (arriving without cancellation notice) are not eligible for a refund.

This is a placeholder policy. The clinic will publish its approved policy before accepting online payments.

3. How to cancel

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at us@credence.health or call the clinic directly. You can also use the appointment management link in your confirmation email.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For queries, contact us at us@credence.health.
